1) Go to the hotel and get the room number, preferably before paying for parking. 2) If she doesn't give you the room number, she is probably cancelling without notice or putting you on hold while she finishes with someone there. Wait or walk as you see fit. 3) If she asks you to pay the front desk for the room or tells you to do anythng besides come up to the room, walk away, and don't respond to her calls and don't call her (at least not until you are more sure of your judgment). 4) Otherwise find your way to the room, and knock on the door. 5) Once in the room in her presence, there is another set of precautions to prevent rip-offs or LE stings.
Remember it's ok to be cordial as circumstances allow, but despite what you may hear from some others, it is not in your best interest to treat this as a "gentlemen's game" requiring etiquette in all situations.
