Hello all,

the mayor of providence has found an easy way to generate revenue by strong arming hookers into pleading guilty to prostitution charges after entrapment... Always remember, convictions keep the court system in business. hookers are easy to scare into pleading guilty. NEVER PLEAD GUILTY. its easier for LE to convict girls that are plea bargaining, its too expensive for the system to fight a not guilty plea...

If I may add: one thing you have to remember is, in order for it to be considered prostitution, police have to show that you exchanged money for sex.  So a few things you can do to prevent unwarranted LE attention:

1. Never talk about rates over the phone or in person!! The safest way to talk about rates is in your add. "Non negotiable rates should be placed in an envelope". Then when your client comes in for his massage, he places the envelope on the nightstand. Count it where u want.... but bang no talk of money.

2. Be careful for people asking, "I get all this for $200!" Cops are trying to show the exchange of sex for money.

3. When your client enters for his message give him a nice wet kiss and tell him how hot he is... if he doesn't kiss back or pushes you away, be weary... cops can't touch, its illegal!!

Before I moved to the states, I was an attorney in London, some rules are different, but most are fundamental. I'm sure most of you lovely providers know all of these tricks, but complacency puts you in a bad spot.  Think of it as a refresher course.

Come in, say hello and then (in a clear voice) say "I'm just looking for a massage; you do that, right?".  When girl says yes, give her a hug and watch for the reaction.  If no sexual move, tell her you are not LE and not to be nervous.  If still no sexual reaction, tell her she's making you nervous and you've changed your mind ... and leave.

Then again, if she opens the door and her cock hanging out, all of the above can be skipped ... unless cops have radically changed in our brave new world of job duty above all, that is.

Cops do NOT have to identify themselves as police if asked.  There is a supreme court case, ill have to find it... says police officers have the ability to deceive to get information, but the probable cause is still needed for the arrest.  So if you think asking a person if they are a cop is going to keep you out of a predicament or get a case thrown out you are wrong.
