I'm traveling across the country next week, and have a 3.5-hour layover in Minneapolis.  I'm wondering if there's any recommendations for a good top who's near the airport or not too far.  (I figure I'll Uber/Lyft/cab it to there and back.)

Definite pluses for hung, uncut, slightly more dominant.  Don't really need GFE; businesslike is fine as long as they're not flat-out rude.  Prefer the surroundings be more upscale/middle-class (but who doesn't?).  Latino is a plus but not required (and probably a long shot, since this is Minnesota).  Thanks!
