Hello everyone. Escorting through ads alone has been somewhat of a struggle since I started, and I'm interested in diversifying my clientele. I really want to do this through freestyling, aka finding clients in person at all sorts of different places.  

What worries me is going about this as a trans woman. I worry about meeting men in person and being rejected once I reveal that I'm trans. I also worry about the process in general. Would it be odd or crazy to send a man you met in person your ads or personal website so they know the exact protocol for spending time with you?

 It would be easier and less nerve-racking if there were a way to signal that you're trans to potential suitors/clients or specific venues for trans-attracted men to meet trans women. Have any of you gentlemen met a trans woman you were interested in in person? If so, was she an escort, and do you still see her? I'm super interested in this topic and can't wait to hear from you all.

First of all, I'd think appropriate venues would be a good way to go.  Gay/trans clubs, bars, etc. could lead to acquaintances or clients who have the proclivity.
But even there, spending some time flirting with a potential f-buddy or date or customer and then just announcing something like, "It's 300 for hour" could lead to lots of trouble, including criminal  charges or worse ... I'd think.

I know 3 trans women personally.  All sweet gals.  I can say that I'm rather attracted to one of them sexually, but I've never been in a situation where it seemed anywhere near appropriate to even hint at the matter.  (For one thing, I'm about 20 years older and can't imagine that she would be interested in sex work, but MAN if I ever found out that she was into it, I'd be getting all flirty, as a by-the-way saying stuff like, "Lynda, I have always found you tremendously attractive" to start.)

If you've got a good (sorry to put it this way) product and service to sell, I think it best just to stick with trans escorts malls, but I'm no expert.

I suppose personals ads and social media is another way to go.  Building something like an "influencer" on IG, X/Twitter, Bsky, or OF could get some drooling followers who might be grateful to open their wallets for you.  Of course, the material would need to be enticing.

Have you thought of any of the following; Gay clubs, especially those with a cross dressing night, strip clubs that have trans strippers and that don't, swingers clubs many can be found on the FetLife website, OnlyFans type social media pages starting out putting short clips of yourself on various porn sites that lead to your OF page or other social media. FYI it takes time to build up clientele regardless of any industry your in. Be patient, driven and best of luck!!!!!!

Personally, I wouldn't suggest it. My first experience was with someone who was more of a cross dresser. But we're talking super hot passable. So much so, she did modelling for Clinique. This was almost 30 years ago. We were coworkers, and on the job she was not dressed as a she. She, from my vantage, was just a male coworker. She invited me to hangout. What you need is reviews. Obviously, good ones. But if you are confident in your looks and service, you should be able to make this happen.

I would say the best thing you can do is advertise on the main websites, get some good reviews, and occasionally go out to bars and look for guys.

When I was much younger, I was too naive to pick up on a lot of what could have been going on. Probably missed a lot of opportunities, unaware. After a while I began to pick up on what was going on.  Now, it would be a different story. Of course, now, I can’t get out like I used to. I would personally be very happy if a great looking girl introduced herself to me. It wouldn’t make any difference if she’s trans or not. I would think it more risky for the girl, though. I don’t think you would have any trouble meeting guys at all.
