Am looking at  a couple of providers who do not have rates listed on their pages and make it clear on their ads they do not want to discuss rates over the phone. Is there a tactful way of getting rates from them ? I was thinking of asking if the TER rate posted on the review is still valid but what if she is not reviewed ?
