i tend to notice that there are several escorts that tend to use the same old pics over and over again,year after year.

Is it that they don't have any other source or means of upgrading their pics ? Is it laziness?
Or are they trying to hide their current state that they are ashamed of?
What gives ?

is that beauty and age do not respect genders..
Maybe one day you will be posting old pics in your CL or TS dating ads to catch some TS's attention in order to have a lil romance or fun..
