Does anyone know why phone numbers and email addresses seem to come and go? Often, one will look and there is no contact information of any kind. If you check back later in the day, there is. Are the providers editing their ad or are the computer gods angry?

My guess is that Eros perform refreshes to their site daily or a few times to make updates.  When this happens, you get the providers name but not the ad. Usually its up w/in the hr.  Again, only a guess.
