Outside of the OP sending a deposit and getting ghosted, or showing up and laying the fee down then getting ghosted aka a Rip-off review. I have never seen a review (on TER) where the client decided not to see the provider because of her negative attitude through text then wrote a review about it.
Unless the OP is leaving out that he sent a deposit, decided not to see the provider, then she wouldn't return the deposit, there is no case to write a review here. If you have proof of a review where the reviewer doesn't actually meet the provider under the OPs description then post a link to the review.
I'm big on answering the client with a positive attitude and providing top notch service.. however.. giving someone a bad review that you didn't see or spend money on is fraudulent behavior and you shouldn't be encouraging this. There are a few things you did wrong would make many providers angry with you. I can understand why she got upset with you because you broke a few unwritten rules. Maybe it doesn't justify her freaking out, but it isn't like you are 100% innocent. I'll provide a quick breakdown on where you went wrong:
