Not based on any first hand knowledge mind you but the pics are touched up and its a local number that no one seems to recognize.
There are several latin TS girsl around that constantly change names and numbers while moving around town to try and dupe clients... My instincts say to stay away but if you find otherwise pleae do come back and share your findings!
