I like that TS4RENT has added field called "Health Status".  I wish other sites had a similar field.  Although we clients may question the accuracy of the data,  I am inclined to think "professional " providers who really want to see high quality clients would complete this field.

Its a nice sentiment and all, but its nothing more than lip service if we are going on the honor system.
