While it wasn't smart, the main thing is not to repeat past mistakes.

Obviously there is a higher risk of STD infection with someone who may have many sex partners.  However most top professional providers are pretty good about using precautions and being tested.  They didn't get where they were, and in some cases spend many years providing without being VERY careful.

The same can not be said of street level girls, where the HIV infection rate can reach 70% in some cities.

In general - which doesn't mean there isn't a risk, but you are less likely to contract HIV as a top, so long as you don't have any abrasions or open sores on your penis.  Also using lube may reduce risk by reducing possible abrading and tearing of either persons skin or membranes.

As others mentioned that doesn't mean a top can't get chlamydia or any number of other STD's, or HIV.

Regarding oral transmission, the only case I am personally aware of where someone got HIV from oral sex was a gay guy I knew in San Diego.  He knowingly had oral sex with another man who he knew was HIV positive, and swallowed.  As he explained it to me he had a drug problem at the time, and was very depressed and (obviously) used bad judgment, and the law of averages caught him.

There is a new HIV early test out that can detect HIV as soon as one week after infection. Follow that up with a regular test in three - six months, and assuming all are negative you shouldn't have to worry.

Good luck,
TS Jamie :-)

I recently saw an experienced provider who was visiting my area. We were having a nice session when she presented me her ass and told me to f her. I had no cover on and she said not to worry she is checked all the time. After a few strokes I freaked and pulled out. Asked for a cover but by then I couldnt get hard. Too many thoughts racing through my mind.
My questions are, did I do the right thing? Should I be worried? And what would you have done?

Get tested to clear your mind and don't go there again, thats my opinion and feedback!

....your mind at ease until you can get to a Dr or clinic. The National one is 800-342-2437. They can at least listen.
From what you said , I doubt anything bad was transferred (at that's assuming the provider has something) HIV is hard to transmit to a "top"-but you could be susceptible  to other things.
Hope everything works out!

Who swallows provider cum? Who worries about it?  I know there's risks, but has anyone here had an adverse effect?

check this link out. And my suggestion is to never do it again.

The same thing has happened to me. Not the freaking out part, but the unprotected sex part. I know it was stupid, but if I was thinking with the right head, I wouldn't have been there to begin with.
In my case, no problems afterwards, but I was worried about it until I got tested. It was stupid of me to do. Sex can sure cause me to do some silly things. So far, so good. No STD's, Yay!
Good luck, but don't worry too much, that doesn't do any good anyway.

no glove, no luv!  that simple.  i always take my own just in case.  have only had the real problem come up once and the provider had just had breast surgery, so was probably clear as she said and i was the first, but still my rule.  better safe than sorry!!  i have had the question, well you're clean right?  and the answer is yes, but if you are banging every guy out there just because he says he is clean, it is russian roullette!

Good solid, advice, Jamie.  Nice work! :)

as they say, shit happens, if you did not come down with a high fever you do not have a serious worry, if you are sucking and being sucked bareback and are ok, then why worry, be happy...this stuff does happen and you should not plunk a new gal without a plunker, but in all likelyhood you are just fine. Of course if your dick falls off you have leprosy.
Wait a few days to see if you have an std but I would be surprised. On the other hand you might have given the gal god knows what, that's the real question!

Since you were already in you should have just went about your business and finished inside her, nuttin like watching it drip out afterwards.
