Kicked out of college for stating she is a female instead of a male.  Who the F...cares.....I have a feeling there were two boxes to check......1.  Male   2.  Female......and no "Other or TS" box.  

Pretty backwards if you ask me.

Locked in past remembrance of their glory days of iron-fisted control over what should be voluntary individual behavior, they desperately hang on, even today.

"California Baptist University ... applicants sign a form that they agree to not engage in homosexual behavior or live with someone of the opposite sex."

These institutions will be become increassingly marginalized and eventually disappear.  Hopefully the law will be purged of all reference to an individual's gender and marital status.  Identity shall be via a photo and possibly DNA when the means of its marker or code can be easily transmited and stored.

tons of colleges in cali. i dont know why she chose a private, conservative baptist college to attend. "old time religion" is also part of the fabric of america. i say leave them be, she should find another place that would welcome her. sorry to say, but you're not entitled to crash every party...

Actually very good point.  I did not catch that on the news.......Totally agree.  Find the path of least resistance unless her family made her go there.

why she choose christian private school ? we know we can't change their mind about religion, everything will be defended in the name of God, why bother!
There are many school who would welcome her, I would just leave that school and move on, suing them or make complaints about them will be pointless, they have power and we don't, people who believe and devoted to religion which is the majority of people living in the US will only make fun of her complaints, I would leave before they start to make fun of all transgender people, please don't be stubborn, I know you have the right, but we have to know the limitation and like it or not thats the reality, the school just stick to their rules, nothing we can do about it because it's private school and it's christian...
We have to fight the ignorance with tolerant ! Leave...

These schools are such hypocrites, they preach that we are "ALL" gods children!
