She picked the best ones obviously and there might be some photoshop work, but she could be legit. If her site is fake someone went to a LOT of work to pull a scam, probably more work than a scammer would be willing to do.
The real question is whether the girl who answers the door will be TS Iman because some scammers use the identities of girls in other countries. But it is still possible that the real TS Iman is visiting the USA.
