Just wondering if you're doing them in the car or what? The whole thing seems a bit risky to me. I think that the cops can impound (or "confiscate") your car if they're so inclined. Please advise. Thanks.
I don't know about the street racing confiscations, but the owners in the "vice" confiscations are allowed to "buy" back their cars for a percentage of there value. That means people are "fined" different amounts, depending on the value of the vehicle. If another confiscation occurs, the car is auctioned.
