Just curious to know, I have read about Tranny strip clubs in NYC, are there any bars/clubs or dare I ask, Strip clubs in the DMV?

I'm fairly certain that there are no trans strip clubs in the greater DC area. Hell, there aren't even any decent GG strip clubs in DC or VA, an Maryland isn't much better unless you're willing to go into some sketchy neighborhoods.  

There can't be that many trans strip clubs in the entire country, though, so it might be helpful if we could compile a list. The only one I'm aware of is Vintage Industrial Strip in Sun Valley, CA. Any others

Most of the gay/TS clubs were wiped out of that part of SE DC to make room for the new baseball stadium (Go Nats!)
