I don't know.  I found some cached ads where her name is also Mocha and Elite.  Plus, if you read her ad, she notes that she has a high volume of callers--wonder if she answers the phone during a session?

The fact that they disappear so quickly could suggest that someone doesn't like her and is flagging her posts.
