The photos are of urban/rap model Laeann Amos.  Google Laeann Amos pics for more photos.  I doubt she's transgendered.

I don't have our/chicago backpage open, but I know there is an ad here/chicago, with the same pictures, and the same theme for the ad.  If I were you I just might walk away from that one.
