Our total posts quarter-to-date have recently exceeded the all-time record of 1,898 set back in 3Q05.   It’s been a long time cumming but thanks to everyone for their erudite participation in our little place on the www.  

Don’t get too excited because even at 1,918 so far this quarter we are still small potatoes here on TER.  Several of the regional boards are much more active than we are, e.g. the Atlanta board experienced more than twice our number of posts and the New York board had almost four times our activity during the same period.  In some ways it ain’t no big deal when you consider all the schlock that gets posted on those boards (but then again we do have a little of that too).

Full report to follow (if I get around to it in the New Year).  Yeah, I know I’m a total nerd for keeping an eye on something like the number of posts in a quarter.  You know what they “say small minds are easily amused”.

P.S.  If either the Capn or the Colonel do a search to check my work they’ll get a slightly lower number.  When I do a search as a moderator my results include about a dozen or so posts from the past two weeks that do not appear on the board because LEL and I have not approved them.  Unapproved posts older than that are automatically deleted from the part of the system that I can access.  Yeah, I probably shouldn’t count the unapproved messages but hey this is my post and I’ll count ‘em if I want.  Either way we have still exceeded the old record :P

We sort of got off track of your original post there. LOL LOL

But, it is great to see that the community is chatting up abit. The funny thing is that if you go to most of the other boards and sections and look at conversations on them that seem to be of a more in depth topic I find it funny that they seem to always end up with bickering or at least a few off the wall comments.

That does not seem to happen here.

Everyone just says what they think and you get a great conversation going.

Just my 2 cents. Let that be my Canadian 2 cents. it is worth more now.

Personally? Both work. But you may get a better response with wording the question like -

What percentage of guys on TER are cut vs uncut?

It may not be considered a very scientific poll though.

Just wondering...do you mean actual Canadians from Canada?  Because in some swinger circles "Canadian" is a codeword for African American.

Frist of all, that's great that the board is heating up!

We need to keep building it, and get more girls active.  This is without a doubt the best forum on the net for TS dating.

But something interesting, and I don't know if this in nationally, but when I've done searches on CL for t4m vs W4m I find the TS ad are about 1% of the GG ad volume.

So we are still a tiny little niche of the world of sensual exploration and enjoyment, but we are growing with each year!

The stat I would be interested in is what percentage of adult vidoe sales is transgender based. That would seem to give you a more general view of who is actually watching or at least interested in what?

I run weeklies on the ATL CL under w4m which of course fits.. From time to time they are 'flagged' off.. DUH like I cannot guess what for.. GEE let me think about it..
I say - "If they cannot stand the heat get out of MY kitchen".. hehehe..
