I've been curious about a TS session and think I might take the plunge in the new year.  I'd be looking for someone good with first-timers, of course (and with older guys--I'm in my 60s) who is versatile or a top.  Asian heritage would be a plus but not a must.

I've been considering Lailani or Mei Ling, but find only a few reviews for Lailani (none on TER) and nothing on Mei Ling.  Anyone have experience with either of these ladies, or another recommendation?  Thanks in advance.

Alright brother, I'll let the Chicago gents share recommendations - but I will opine on the common pitfalls to avoid:

1) getting scammed by a bogus ad. Anytime I see a hot ladyboy ad in the USA, I'm skeptical. They are the rarest of unicorns here. The higher concentrations are in California, but even there you need the bullshit detectors turned on.

The link you shared actually belongs to a Filipina TS in Manila. I figured this out by reverse searching her images in the Chicago ad. You may have been actually greeted by an Asian person, but chances are higher it would have been a black man in a wig, high on drugs, ready to steal your money and pride.

2) bottoming - having a good clean BM just before the session isn't enough. make sure you enema douche thoroughly. I just keep filling the bottle with water and rinse maybe 8-10 times. Also, bring your own condoms, lube, and anal de-sensitize product with you.

Other thoughts: If you can afford it, go to the source. I've traveled to San Diego/OC area just to fuck Asian TS girls. There's plenty of choices and what's not to love about a weekend in California in the middle of a bitter Chicago winter. Filipina girls are more likely to be verse, horny, freaks.

I have seen Lailani and she looks exactly like her pics. She's an aggressive top, which I like. I am not sure how she is with guys in her 60's but she comes across as open enough that if you asked her about it she'd tell you.  

TS Giselle, looks like her pics, very laid back, versatile. She's larger than average so if you're going to bottom. be aware.  

TS Vania, really pretty and versatile. Her personality leads me to believe she'd be good with first timers.

If you're willing to spend a bit, TS Rachel. Her reviews speak for themselves. I've seen her and would do it a lot but for the cost.

As Quityerbitchin pointed out, there are many false ads out there. Be wary of unreviewed girls unless you have experience with TS girls and with TOFTT... All three of the girls above have TER ratings over 8. I have personal experience with 2 of them. Summer is very gentle and understanding and starts out with a legit massage. The girl with a million names (Scarlet/Jessie?Coco/ etc) is wild as hell and with blow your mind and curl your toes, but I wouldn't recommend her for a beginner although I'm sure she'd be much tamer with a first timer than with me. Jenny has great reviews and is very pretty but I haven't seen her so can only recommend her based on her reviews.  

Lailani used to have reviews but they have been removed. The general consensus was very good, although she is more of an aggressive top, which has already been pointed out.
