I can tell you about Madrid, and there you will find what you need on the streets. When the night falls, there are several places in the city where you cn be successful finding what you need. One is the area of Calle almagro and Castellana. They just walk on the streets and often show you their assets. You get to go to their house, or to have fun in the car (if you drive one). Rates are much more affordable than here. Police won't bother you unless you park in an illegal place or make your encounter too conspicuous, it's a free country. Another area is that of Parque del Oeste, western part of the city. A bit far though. And not as many choices. Finally, if you are willing to drive all the way there (or get a taxi to take you there), you have the "Parque del Oeste". It is a huge park, with lots of ladies running around semi naked and ready to go. Be VERY careful though, and watch your wallet.

If not, buy a couple of newspapers (el Pais and El Mundo are the best for this) and go to the ads sections. Those are regular papers, comprable to The New york times and the Washington Post (imagine this going on here...). Take some time to read and make the phone calls. Pricing is generally announced in the ad, but don't go with the pics, they are always borrowed. Disadvantage : you don't see what there is until you get there.

Last but not least, you have clubs where you will find what you need. Can't give you names and adresses though, it's been too long.
