Girls changing their telephone number in ads.  Is this a "red flag"?

Two girls in DC, Lin and Taryn both their ads show their usual email address, but the telephone numbers don't match other, earlier ads, or their reviews.

Looks fishy to me.  LE?

Many girls have multiple phones advertising on multiple sites feeling that an eros ad might pay more and a craigslist post might pay less...thus the different numbers.........but always be cautious of LE.

I'm pretty sure last time i saw Lin in Boston she had a different number. I'm about 99% sure.
