there are a couple of bars that are popular with the ladies.

Bourbon Street

There is a bar on St Louis Street just a short ways off Bourbon Street called the roundup
Alot of trannys go there later at night. Gets hipping around midnight. I was just down there Halloeen weekend. The talent level isnt great. I saw a few in OZ ( Gay Bar) on a Sunday night, Seemed like they were there to watch a Drag show.
