I often see escort ads in the Hartford area that specify No Black Men.  So I don't think the original question of asking about a white TS is so out of line.  Just his preference, I guess, as it is of those providers who specify.

Express your preference for other features --- hair color, height, weight, booty size, dick length, tits, etc.  Ethnicity or skin color preference is condemnable unless it is for an asian, latina or african american.
