Hey ya -

I've been moderating this Board for a few months now.  Aside from the occasional harassment by those jealous of my god-like powers, its been a decent experience.

I'd like to think that my moderating style has been relatively benign.  Generally, the stuff I block or edit is:

1) Unproductive, mean stuff.  I love a healthy debate and its ok for people to vehemently disagree.  I draw the line when it gets to name calling.

2) References to other boards.  Most of us know that there is another board that specializes in tgirl escort reviews.  I don't particularly like the site personally, but that's just my opinion (which is, of course, true, but irrelevant).  I DO edit out references to that board though, as TER policy forbids such explicit references.

3) Multiple aliases.  I understand alot of us post on this board using an alias, which is clean and understandable.  However, people should avoid using mulitple identities within the same thread.  I've had 2 of these just in the last week.  


The one thing I've been tempted to edit but have resisted is the "ISO 411 on [insert topic easily found in reviews]" type of threads.  Instead, I've let some of our more patient members actually respond but also let some more sarcastic colleagues (incl yours truly) offer them polite instructions on how to use reviews.

I've also not edited the "ISO 411 on [insert small city that inevitably has no scene nor even other board members]" posts.  While these take up otherwise productive air time, on the off chance that someone might have the 411 on tgirls at Iditarod checkpoint stations, I let these go.

In hopes of getting more tgirls to post here, I've probably also been a bit liberal in interpreting the strict TER rules for provider posts.

OK, that's my first semester self evaluation.  Anyone got any suggestions?
