My favorite scammer who runs ads regularly was called a racist for running an ad that said no black guys.  Now before you call rubylips4u a racist too, read the whole ad and you'll realize
1) it would be alot worse if she were disriminating against blacks.  She's not.
2) she's not saying she won't do whites, asians or other non-blacks; it's just that they have to pay double.

There a few guys here who are sensitive about providers expressing a racial preference, so maybe the above might allay their feelings.
