With this sort of post, I think it's rather helpful to list out any other criteria or preferences.
Top/Bottom/Versatile/Does-not-matter?  Tall?  Petite?  Busty?  Hung?

(Me?  I go for tall, busty, hung, dominant tops.  GFE is a plus, short stature is not a deal breaker.)

Just for yucks I did a reviews search, Miami, 15 mile radius, pre-op trans, 7-10 in looks and service.
9 pages of reviews, the first page and most of the second page less than a year old.
(I didn't check the "Incall" box, but the search was meant to be suggestive.)

The VIP here IS worthwhile.
