1) Yes, GFE usually means open mouth kissing and a friendly, passionate enviroment.  As opposed to flop on the bed and spread 'em.

2) Generous gentlemen means a man who understands that you can pay in installments as with an escort or you can pay after the divorce, but one way or another you will surely pay for your pleasure.

"GFE" doesn't have a definition strict enough to allow you to ask for a refund if it isn't met (ha ha), but it is generally assumed to include some level of kissing.  You should contrast it with PSE (Porn Star Experience).  "Generous gents sought" means "No freebies, unless you're George Clooney; this isn't a personal ad".
