It seems next to impossible to find a TS provider in the Baltimore area.  90% of the time, if they even respond, its a scam.  Can anyone recommend a reliable provider?  Thanks!!

I would travel to DC.  While DC is not a hot spot for TS providers, there are a few that have solid reviews in the area, as well as a handful that travel there from the west coast quite often.  If you want my input on gals who are from California/LA and in DC, send me a message.
