 It sounds like it could be a BIG gamble of giving someone the AIDS / GRIDS.  Was educated on wearing a rubber for sex.  Aint as critical for the mouth.  Though it's best to examine what you're getting into.  I personally do not like the taste of rubber!  But on the other hand, it's best to respect the wishes of the provider!  
I've been to Los vegas, but only in NM.

That's certainly what they've always said to me.  When you are in a car with a beautiful Latina, she knows that without a  condom, she'll be back on the street in less than two minutes.  Over the last thirty years I never really noticed any uptick in condom use, at least with the street scene that remains the gold standard.
