Not sure about the etiquette policy here.  would certainly love to know, and of course would answer about myself, just not sure about the best way to go about it.  i hope it's an understandable question.  what about high level providers?

If your curious and important to you just ask the provider. Is this something you want to know? Do you think they are going to tell you they have an STD or had one a few months back. Do you think a high end provider is going to risk losing a $$$ client? You must be knew here but honesty and clarity from many providers is non existent. Maybe the provider after the fact may disclose info once she's comfortable with you. She has to deal with countless endless 411 question like the ones asked here and like many here never follow through and see a provider but GET OFF on asking questions

what i wonder is lets say a provider does have an std, what would be the responce?  She could say yes in which case I don't see anyone staying for a session, or say no which could be truthful or not truthful.  If this is a big concern you could insist that they have recent documentation supporting that claim as a pre-requisite over the phone, not sure how many have that though

Don't ask. If they have something and are providing anyway they will lie ab out it. If they are clean they may be offended. You take a chance every time. I think a bout ti also. Find another hobby if you have a problem with the risk. Enjoy yourself. Find a lady you like develop a relationship. Your risk should be less. You can get killed standing on the sterrt corner.

I can't imagine any scenario where the provider (GG or TS) would say, "well the truth is I tested HIV+ so I recommend using a cover for everything, including oral."

Just play safe(r) and accept that there are no promises in this hobby.  It is one HUGE risk so you just gotta balance the pleasure with the risk.

IMHO

one alternative is to only go for active porn star providers... chances are they get regularly tested because of their industry
