I've spent a lot of time in Asia on business and here's my read on things:

- China:  You can actually find quite a few Filipina ladyboys in the bigger cities, esp. Shanghai and Hong Kong.   Most of them will come to your hotel (although you might pay a bit of a premium, but you can negotiate pretty hard).  I personally wouldn't try to go visit them unless your Chinese is solid and you feel confident navigating around the city by cab on your own.   China cracks down on adult internet sites so it's hard to find ad sites sometimes but you can check out listings on Vicesisters or CL.

- Singapore:  Lots of ladyboys here, mostly from Malaysia and the Philippines.  There are a few bars where they hang out at Orchard Towers, but you might do better using some local websites and have them come to see you at your hotel.  You could find them on Vicesisters or CL.

- Thailand:  I haven't spent as much time in Thailand as China and Singapore so I'm not as familiar with things, but I did have one big night out hitting up the local bars.   From what I've seen ladyboy nightlife is much more in the open than China or Singapore.  There's the  touristy Patpong bar scene, where you'll find bars with dozens of girls dancing and waiting for you to buy them drinks and an area called Nana Plaza with a bunch of bars in a single building.   Check out  the summary at the link below.  You can pretty much negotiate with mama-san in any of those bars to have the girl come back to your hotel with you, but make sure your hotel is OK with this- some of them charge a "supplemental fee" for late night visitors.

- Philippines:  Haven't visited PI in a long time, so I don't have much input.  Based on hearsay from business associates it is probably the least safe place to visit on the list.

As for a recommendation, depends on what you are looking for as far as the remainder of your vacation.  Singapore is much more modern and clean city, but pricier and your nightlife options are somewhat limited to Clarke Quay and a few other bar areas.   Hong Kong is a lot of fun, but also very expensive.   Thailand will offer you the most bang for your buck (pun intended) but Bangkok is a bit less developed than Singapore or Hong Kong.  They are all very safe as long as you don't take any crazy risks like walking alone in unfamiliar areas, and taxi cabs are plentiful and cheap ways of getting around.

I be visiting my family in China early next year, think able taking a trip to meet a lot of beatiful Ladyboy either before I visit China or on my way back to the USA. Will be spending about 10 day in China and about a week for my own fun vacation. I search the board and was only able to find some old information and the unlucky guy that got beat up and sent to the hopital? So I am a little be scare to go by myself. Is it better to join one of those sex tours (it is very expense) or go out on my own. I was unable to find too much info on the web and a lot of the links are point back to pay TS site.

Of the four locations you mentioned, I had the chance to travel on 3 occasions to Thailand, and had an outrageous time each trip. If you've never been and are concerned about traveling alone then a "tour" group is really a smart way to go. Thailand is a friendly and welcome place for tourists with money to spend, at least in my experience, and the normal precautions will help you stay away from problems. My first trip was with a group run by an American from Philadelphia, and having that introduction was great, being accompanied to the hottest clubs and areas, getting the lowdown on how things work there. It also gave me the confidence to know that I could return on my own and thrive there without worry. Do a little research on some of the groups and be straightforward about what you want. If you're going ladyboy hunting, be honest about it. They've seen and done it all as far as sex tours, so being open with the contact will help you get the best of the adventure. All that being said, the ladyboys in Thailand are STUNNING! It was beyond excellent. Gorgeous, delicious, outgoing and really fun and down-to-earth babes. My first impressions meeting the Thai babies was that there was no way they were T-girls, they looked so feminine. Pulling down the panties was so much fun!!!
