I had the time, motivation, and opportunity last night and was ready to toftt.  When I was getting directions it became clear that she lives in a bad (ghetto in her words) section of town.  This is a dealbreaker for me. Baltimore is a pretty f$#&king dangerous place when you're in the wrong neighborhood.  I don't want to be a target because of the color of my skin or car that I drive.  It's just not worth the risk even if it was slight.  My instincts told me to stay the hell away from there.  Despite that, she sounded cool enough on the phone and I appreciate her honesty.  If she moves, it's a different story.  One can never be too careful.
