There seems to be a huge discrepancy in the price listed on reviews and what the provider actually desires or requires.

To the ladys it would really help if you list your price on a webpage so there is no question what you are asking.  I know that most don't want us to ask us how much so its best to just list what your time is worth.

Recently saw a provider who from the reviews accepted $250 which in my opinion fair market these days but when I got there she opened the envelope and complained that she doesn't do anything under $350 for an hour.  I just said I would leave then if she didn't want to see me for $250.  Got my rocks off and left and probably never return to see her again.
