the same girl runs different ads to appeal to different markets.  I think these may be traveling together, but I'm not sure; they look vaguely similar, though Isabella has a tattoo on her left arm that isn't visible in the pictures of Monica.  Maybe it's new, maybe it got airbrushed... or maybe they're different girls.

These two(?) were visiting Houston together back in June…

I would suggest reading this thread thoroughly – bottom line is that they are probably the same lady using two ads to appeal to different ‘markets’.
