Yes - I have advice for the Detroit scene - move.

Move to Chicago, Florida, Las Vegas, Texas or California.

The scene here as far as local T-Girls goes is quite, quite sad.  

Get the occasional good visit, but I've not seen a local worth repeating, let alone trying.  Most of the Craigslist ads look like drug dealers in Halloween wigs.  The eros ladies def look better to the eye - but reliable reviews are on the short.
