I don't.  Her pics have been posted before from supposed earlier visits.  I am skeptical.  You are right - ads are deceiving.

Karla and Cindy have very good reputations. I have seen Gaby. She is very sweet, but she is not as good looking as her pictures would leave you to believe. I saw her before her massive boob job. She had wonderful B's. Now she is mammoth! Not for me.

I haven't seen Gaby newest boob job.  Her boobs were plenty big before; lord knows why she wanted them bigger - seems like overkill.  She wasn't GFE with me but performed well and was functional.  Haven't seen Karla - heard she looks nice but her performance can be iffy, and someone said Cindy is a bottom.  I look more for the visiting girls with good reviews (e.g., TS Daisy).  Maybe India Fox will visit again someday.
