Is she Real? Noob here

Hey guy's, anyone have any info on this she-male? It's my first time on this time (noob lol) I would appreciate the help! THX!

First of all, the term "she-male" is not, well, universally accepted as respectful.  It's used in porn, but here on the we like to call 'em "girl" or something like that.

As for Jessica Dolce, it seems she has a checkered past (as revealed on Google).  Be sure to search with Google, ok?

She's used fake photos, so that's a major issue for me.
