If i ever decide to have implants, it might be the small ones to begin with for sure. I think of having fat grafting instead of implants. The problem is: where do i get the fat from.

There is a possibility to take some fat out of my stomach and thigh probably? I don't know for sure, i might see a good surgeon to discuss this option.

Among the VERY best!

I have had the good fortune to see several excellent TS providers (and a few bad ones). Tia is simply among the very best available

For me, tiny breasts (and a little bit of a tomboy look lol) are just fine....but with her attitude, the addition of "porn star breasts" wouldn't matter. She'd still be an outstanding provider.
