Nothing you say is incorrect, but this board is the closest thing to a "consumer reports guide" you are going to get in this industry. Use this board to research, listen to the well known posters that see a good number of the ladies, and statistically you will come out ahead, although there will be a few bad experiences in there. It seems I've had better luck than you, and it appears we have the same interests in level of service. I just go with well reviewed girls, and I chat them up a bit on the phone to get a feel for them, and usuall I will ask if they can cum. Very few of them have gotten upset with the question. Most will tell me to make a morning appointment, or be the last one of the day. And some have been honest enough to tell me they can't. I'm not batting 100% but most of my experiences have been good.
and ask them your questions directly. Only you can decide if her rates are too high for you. Do your research and if you don't know the answers to your questions (or aren't confident in the answers) then don't see her, AT ANY PRICE.

I guess when you want something specific, it would be good if there was a way to get the information. When you can't discuss things over the phone, you need another way. I think the suggestion to PM the people who have reviewed is a good one. Or, you could post a question about a specific provider, and ask people to PM you.
Personally, I don't care if the provider has an orgasm or not. I recognize that they may be seeing other people that day, and it's not something I need to have a good time anyway. For those who do, though, it would be good to have the information available on TER, alongside "Photo real" and all the other info.

This is an important point. I don't know the right way to address this with a provider trying to stay away from asking anything too graphic. Hobbyists may want different experiences, some much less involved than others. 400 dollars would be way too high for what some want. How do we ask about this????
