For me, I like to be topped, both of us cum at some point, her talk dirty during our session, and that she also seems into it.

From my experience, I would say 15-20% of my encounters go exactly that way.  The rest I usually get at least 2 of those.

It depends on your expectations. Most times if I have high expectations I will be disappointed (there are a few exceptions). Part of that is the amount of $$ you're spending. If you are paying top dollar you expect more. Because there are so many fakes it's hard to go out and find new talent. If they are not reviewed I usually stay away.

I would say about 25% of my session go exactly the way I want them to.
