HOF’s reply was entirely correct (of course), but for the HTML challenged I thought a little more information might be helpful.  

Assuming that you use Explorer, right click on any photo and you will get a menu with “Properties” at the bottom.  Select this and you should see the specific photo’s URL under “Address: (URL)”, e.g.:

http://www.eros-houston.com/file-images/hs-vendella3-5-10332.jpg

When you are making a post on TER, copy everything but the “http://” into the box titled “picture URL:” at the bottom of the TER “Post Message/Reply” screen right above the “Post Message” button.

The photo link above has been posted as a picture below in just this way.  

It also helps to post a link to other relevant additional information using the “link URL:” and “link title:” boxes.  This can be a link to a profile, as I have done in the related link below, or even to another post in this forum – search around on this lady here in the forum and you’ll find some very relevant 411 that way too – I leave that exercise to you.  Note that when you left click on the photo in the message it takes you straight to the related link - very handy, huh?
