When I see pics like this, I make an immediate assumption that they are fake. Why? Look at them.....We are in a digital age today.  Cameras in cell phones take higher quality pics than the ones that are in her ad. I'm no expert but these pics look like a third grader busted out photoshop and tried to make some changes and enhancements.   For example, look at the top pic in her ad, then focus on her right side waistline.  Does that look natural?  To me, no.  

My vote, FAKE.
