I found a decent youtube vid for Japan.

They are called "new half" in japan. I follow one girl on FB that works at a bar in Tokyo, I believe. Koyuki Katie Hanano.  Look her up. She usually posts when she is working and would love to "practice engrish". I don't think she "works" though. Good luck and please report what you find!
