After a scary weekend things finally seem to be coming back to normal - not 100% yet. I love riding my bike, but I'm not going to risk permanently disabling my sex life. I understand sex burns 300 calories an hour.  So if you simply have 2-4 hours of sex a day all your troubles will be solved.

And there are other aerobic exercises you can do which won't impact your family jewels...kickboxing [please wear a cup!], treadmilling, etc. I'm sure none of these things are news to you.

Reading from the online articles, sitting on a standard bike seat put a lot of pressure on the pubic region where the blood supply and nerve connections pass through to the penis. In some cases, the damage can be permanent, requiring surgery to correct.

Has anybody else here experienced erectile problems after bike riding? Maybe a quick poll is in order.
