It's great to see how active some of us geezers are these days, and I wonder if this is attributable to our pursuit of pussy.. of if we just happen to be the outliers who are robust enough to do it.
I used to think of 60s and 70s as a time when everyone would be creaky and decrepit (and quite a few of my peers are in bad shape). I think being active and taking care of ourselves as we pursue hot babes is probably a big factor. It certainly gives us reason to hope and believe.. and mull our past and future adventures.
Of course it's possible that we just happen to be the survivors with good genes who can keep up the pace.. what do you guys think?

Yes sometimes I feel like Kevin Spacey in American Beauty in the morning doing my daily exercises and weights! However, I am ten years into it, and I am much better for it! It's a great physical workout to start with, plus I pay more attention to my lifestyle to stay in shape by eating right and exercising more than I probably would if I didn't have frequent sex.
On the mental side, it gives me great joy,, and therefore a great mental frame of mind, which is probably more important than the body.
