Suppose you rent a hotel room for a get together with an SB. You spend an evening with her and go home. The plan is that she stays the night and then you go see her the following morning before check out time. Then, suppose after you leave in the evening, she turns escort and turns a trick in the room that night. Could you be charged as a pimp in she got caught in that situation?
Same question applies to paying the rent for an apartment for an SB. Just curious about this. I did this once (the hotel room) for an SB that drove from about 30 miles away. Saw her in the evening and then the next morning. Did not occur to me until later that it could be an issue.
