I will be visiting Angeles City, Philippines next February for about a month. Part of my plans will include meeting 3-5 SB's from Seeking while I am there.

The top line is that AC has more "resources" at about half the price without sacrificing quality. That is for bar girls, freelancers, and online hookup apps like PinaLove. For sugaring through Seeking, the number of active profiles is lower than Manila, but the quality remains consistent, while the rates are slightly lower than Manila.
In the month I will be there I plan on 12-18 hookups from across all these sources, assuming my libido holds up. And my session budget for that is less than $2k (or about $105 US/6,000PHP each) for the month, not including air fare, hotel, food & beverages, transportation, etc.
After lots of careful planning and budget optimizing, I can't support making the necessary investment needed to commit to this trip.
The reality is that when I aggregated the all-in costs and divided by the planned number of "sessions" I'd be paying over $1k per BCD. I just can't justify that right now. On a very real, practical level, I can use that cash to fully fund 20-30 Sugar Dates right here in LA. And that's double my ROI.
Gotta be wise with all of my strategic investments, even in the Sugar Bowl.
The good news: when I take another look next year there will still be a fresh supply of 18-32-year-old Pinay hotties in Angeles City, just waiting to meet a fella like me (and you).
Honestly, for any overseas trip to meet girls, SB or not, I always roll my eyes a bit when the guys boast how cheaply the girls can be acquired. I typically budget 1K per day minimum to cover airfare, lodging and transportation. Unless you are just allocating the costs to a "vacation" as netnoy mentions, each BCD will be a multiple of what the domestic variety will run you.
You're keeping it real, HTC. I've never scheduled a trip just for sugar. I'm not saying it's not worth it, but you have to count the total cost. In my case, it's always business travel and I get to add on however much pussy I can manage, so I don't have to count the travel and lodging overhead. But I will extend a trip once I'm on location in order to take advantage of the environs.
A wise decision, I think. It's pretty miserable traveling these days even for short flights. Cancelled flights, computer issues, weather delays seem to be becoming the norm.
Flights to that part of the world are like 30 hours round trip. Once you get to some of these third world places it's poverty, crime and bug-infested heat and humidity. No amount of pussy in the world is worth that to me. Better to stay local. Here in LA there's lots of variety.
Even with the hassle factor, one can do quite well on a reasonable budget and stay close to the convenience of home.
