I'm heading to the East Coast in a few weeks, and wouldn't mind some companionship while I'm there. For those of you in DC (where I'll be) are there any recommendations or advice you'd like to share?

For everyone - how long before you head somewhere do you start looking for SBs? Do you change your profile, or just let them know via message...

Any/all tips welcome.

It's a numbers game, so I would contact several.  Write a standard message, then copy and paste, and insert a little info from each SB's profile to personalize it.  I would recommend contacting between 20 and 60 SBs who look appealing and appear to be in your price range.  I would email about 10 per day starting about 5-10 days before tour trip.  

I recommend NOT changing your location.  Say you are visiting for work and expect to be back often.  Say that you are looking for a pretty, sweet, interesting companion for dinner and some adult fun.  By being a visitor, you will lose some SBs, but there will be plenty who are fine with your situation.  It's better to be honest.

Right now, I can't think of any specific SBs I can recommend, but if you have questions about a few in D.C., feel free to PM me.  I know about 6 guys who are active here and have a fair amount of intel.

You MAY be able to find someone for $300, but expect to pay $400, maybe $500. If you want an uber-hottie, you may need to go higher.  It sounds as if you will already have a hotel room, so, unlike the locals, you don't need to add that as part of your SD cost.

You will have enough choice here in DC, start messaging the SBs that you like and also add them to your favorites, you can add multiple locations to your profile and even save search for multiple locations, so it would be easy for you to be searched and look. As many sugar babies lie about the shape, like average can easily translate to fat when you see them in person, so start with "slim" and "athletic" unless you like the curvy ones, to each its own

Few weeks is not a lot of time so start now, it takes time for some babes to agree on day/time so it will be best to start messaging those who look most appealing to you.

Again, DC has ton of choice, lots of K-girls for 260-300 as pay per meet with SBs will likely be 400-500 as under 400 only works if you are going to repeat or do a monthly arrangement.

Yes, the market is large, with lots of choice.

I have found some who list themselves as "average" to be rather chunky and some to be perfectly trim.  Some SBs are actually modest.  In fact, they may be the best type.  I'd include "average" in the search and check out the pics closely.  

In terms of under $400, I agree about repeaters, but some nice Latinas and African Americans may be in that range.  Caucasians are generally higher, and Asians may be the priciest.

Rather than changing your profile location (although SA now allows you to set an "alternate" location...), add a line to your profile's "about me" text to say you will be travelling to X on date Y.  

That will reinforce that you have limited time this visit and should weed out those who want multiple meets before p4p  Could attract more pro's or semi pro's but that's a good thing when you are only there for 2 to 4 days.  

For me, trying to connect with 60+ POT SB is way too many to bother with. Try a "view", ("wink" on WYP) or "favorite" with your activity "not hidden" (look at your settings) and many of those profiles you tap will view\wink or message back with the knowledge that you are coming to their area.  Focus on those for messaging.

Lots of choices in DC.  Probably want to avoid co-eds because (like NYC/Boston), the schools here are fairly elite and there's a lot of princess syndrome.  If you like attractive, smart, professional AA women, then DC is a total play land, and you can probably overcome the itinerant traveler thing by just being a respectful professional guy...
