Why and how do ED meds...

...interfere with the ability to orgasm?  Is this with most users?  Is sensitivity decreased at the expense of improved blood flow? (Doesn't make sense). I thought orgasm is mostly controlled mentally.....do ED meds affect the psychological state of the user?  I've tried Cialis recently thinking that it would help me achieve orgasms sooner (and as a side benefit, longer erections)......erections definately did last longer but alas, no orgasm. :-(

All these issues are very individual, PB9999,

ED meds CAN interfere for SOME men, but obviously not all. Yes, to some, sensitivity is decreased. ED meds don't directly act on neurotransmitters so they are not psychogenic in their chemical construction. But of course it can affect a man psychologically if he takes ED meds and gets some insensitive wood.

ED meds are now to the point of being abused by college kids who drink and then sport all-night wood just for fun. That was never the intention, so if you don't have ED, JUST DON'T TAKE ED MEDS.

Simple as that,

Well, LG, when I took Cialis, I didn't notice any decrease in sensitivity, yet I still needed a long time to orgasm....with the help of mental fantasizing and prolonged stimulation. Someone mentioned before about using bigger condoms or female condoms...but that won't work in my case, will it?

My observation has been that the dosage has everything to do with it. I take Viagra, 50mg, and have no trouble with reduced sensitivity. I DO take a longer time to orgasm but have never really figured out if it's the meds or age that causes this. Since it feels amazing the entire time I am having sex I don't really see this as a problem.

One time a few years ago I decided that if 50mg was good then 100mg might be twice as good. I was wrong! I wound up with an erection that could drive nails but I was just about numb. My ATF and I wore out her vagina, her mouth, her hand and my hand trying to get an ejaculation out of me that just would not happen...

Stimulation is a mental issue, ED meds work only on your blood flow though it is simply amazing sometimes how much your mind can influence what your body can do...

Cialis and other ED meds do not help you achieve orgasm sooner or alter your psychological state. Their purpose is to help obtain and maintain an erection.
