Hi LG (or anyone else in the know) just...curious Is it possible to do it on an exercise ball/stability ball?  There was a sub teacher at the gym today and he had us using for abs.  He had us ladies doing a lot of um, thrusting and pulses and we all got a little blushy b/c it was kind of sexy. That got me to thinking...it certainly seems possible, given the moves we were doing Also how do you say to your BF, honey, let's try it on the ball?  

I could go to town on a bed of nails.  

If I were your B/F and you said to me "let's try it on the ball!"
I'd probably answer "why not" since your presentation suggests that researching the negative would bring results confirming the positive.
Besides, novelty has its attraction.

But make sure that you are really well balanced on the ball, before admitting entry to a 170+ lb guy. Things could get really silly...like Humpty Dumpty had a great fall...off the exercise ball...
